Specialist in Computer Networking Technology, Law and Professor of English, our friend Joab is also passionate about aviation and, initially being our CHRO, he is responsible for managing the VA, selection processes, organizational climate and culture, operational, guidance and career development programs. It also directs the corporation's internal communication in our AeroBrasil!

The Operational Staffs - DOV are responsible for checking PIREPS, the HR department with autonomy from CHRO and ensure compliance with the rules in the SOP through guidance and in case of violation, the due administrative penalty.

Felipe Q. – ABS9612 - Operational Staff - DOV
IT specialist, where he worked for almost 15 years in the area, going through different areas from analyst to manager and several companies such as Microsoft. Currently a tattoo artist in São Paulo. Passionate about aviation since some past life, at the age of 17 he began studying to be a Private Pilot, which for greater reasons he abandoned after passing the ANAC board. My first contact with flight simulation was with Flight Simulator 98, today it practically breathes online simulation since the 2000s, and again resuming studies for private pilot.

Rafael PL – ABS9723 - Operational Staff - DOV
A logistic professional by training and working in the monitoring of oil production and disposal, Rafa has had aviation as part of his life since he was a child. Approved by ANAC for a private pilot, he took some practical classes at Aeroclube de São Paulo. He likes to explore aviation museums wherever he goes and whenever possible he stops at airports just to see the movement and smell the burned jet fuel.

Knowledge Director. VA's intellectual capital manager, specialist in Project Management, with a leg in aviation, our then CKO and Founder has been following this project for this VA which was thought up in 2003 by some friends (Allan, Sebe and Caio B.) now supported by friends and Staff of AeroBrasil (Thales, Jefferson and Flávio) besides all our pilots who embarked on this with us!

Matheus H. - IKS7004 – Social Media Staff
Studying computer technology and doing a junior dev internship at Johnson & Johnson in São José dos Campos. Since I was a kid, I've been passionate about aviation in general and in 2018 I joined the simulation because I was always curious to know the procedures and since then I've been flying around... In 2022 I had the opportunity to be part of the incredible Ikaros Virtual Group staff team.
